Mightyena had pointed Tomoro to Umemiya, so Tomoro had arranged a training session with the Lucario to hopefully get a handle on his struggles with his involuntary control of his Electrical-abilities. Of course, arranging it in advance didn't stop Tomoro from arriving at the Training Room fifteen minutes later than they both agreed on, huffing and out of breath from running.
