[CLOSED] wouldn't it be nice if we could wake up
Who: Parvati and Kinger
What: OVER THE BRINK
Where: the area beyond the cliffs
When: mid-april
Warnings: Typical quest peril/spookiness, memory issues, possible setting-typical cws per character
Parvati and Kinger have been following the trail along the coast for hours now, steps falling into line monotonously. The wind rips at the shoreline, causing Parvati to tug her scarf a little tigher for warmth. She's done long treks like this before, countless times. And she's been on journeys that span days, even if she is months out of practice. As such, she's sufficiently well-prepared with enough supplies on her person for the two of them. Tinkatons having insane strength certainly comes in handy -- her hammer is, as ever, resting on her shoulder just in case something comes to a fight. She draws in a deep breath through her nose (do Tinkatons have those?) as the edge of the shore begins to dip a little.
She turns back to her mushroom companion. She's been a little worried about Kinger the entire trek, honestly. She's not too sure of his combat abilities (not that she minds, she's strong enough for the pair of them), and... well...
She finally stops when the beach fully comes into view below. "You hangin' in there okay, Kinger?" She asks, carefully feeling out the slope's edge with her foot. Nyoka taught her the basic gist of figuring out if the ground would hold, but she isn't sure if she's doing it right. And she was taught that with a human foot as a reference, not the stubs she has now.
