Wanna Build a Pikachu? (Closed to Shoka)
Though the right ear is flopped over, it can still pick up sounds pretty well as Dolly hears the sounds of someone messing about on their cellphone(?). With care, Dolly heads towards where the cellphone sounds are coming from, eager to see one of her friends in this visit.
The little fluffy head of Dolly's peaks on through door upon reaching the destination and perks up to see who it is. "Hey Shoka, may I come in?"
Something Pikachu looking is peaking through the satchel if Shoka notices it...
Clinic Visit (Open Post for All!)
Depending on relations, Dolly could be crafting with you on something to take your mind off the unfortunate stay at the clinic or she could be bringing in the get well soon baked goods. Perhaps though, maybe like Dolly, you're visiting the clinic too and happen to bump into Dolly during it?

She's on a downswing when Dolly arrives, trying to distract herself from thinking too much about the fog, Siffrin, and her own misplaced, murderous impulses by playing a bit of Tin Pin on her phone. It takes her a moment to recognize the voice, and once she does, she finds herself surprised. She and Dolly only just met... What's she doing here? She must be here to visit someone else, but it's a bold move to come to Shoka's cot too after what happened (not that Dolly would know the exact details).
"No rules saying you can't," Shoka answers curtly. "So do what you want."
It's impossible to see the state of a Mimikyu's injuries when they are a species that is always hiding, but there is evidence of Shoka's own in the form of the mismatched patches of fabric covering the many holes in her ragged disguise. That was apparently the work of a hurrying clinic staff, when Shoka had neither the energy or the will to fix it up herself.
She lowers her phone.
"Hey," she says, a little softer—an apology for her earlier harshness. And then her eyes spy something Pikachu-shaped. Despite herself, her ears perk up. "Uh... Whatcha got there?"

All Dolly understood was it had been a pretty rough time.
The right ear bounces up and down lazily as Dolly walked over to Shoka's bedside, not minding the curt tone.
"Hey," Dolly smiled softly as she kept the warm tone to her voice before picking up on what Shoka spotted. Carefully, the ribbon feelers extend to retrieve the in the works woven Pikachu plush Dolly had been working on to show to Shoka.
"Oh, this is one of the plush dolls I've been working on for the last few weeks. I got these Mareep yarns from Flowey that works perfectly for the Pikachu I'm making to go with the Clefairy plush doll. I also brought other crafting supplies too if you'd like to borrow anything."
Oh man, it's like a pastel Pikachu plush too with the little embroidered pink cheeks it has as Dolly goes to show the details a bit more.

It's to the point that he'd been considering a jailbreak by the time Dolly shows up, and it's only because she showed up at all that he has to let the idea go. Witnesses are hardly ideal.
If she approaches him though, he gives an annoyed snuff. He's seen her before, and most
egregiouslyimportantly, he remembers her gifts. She had given him things for the holiday season, however foolish that was. But he had found value in her tokens, so..."Taking pity on the injured?"
...so he still reacts like a jerk, because he is one. Alas.

"More like I came to play a game with you, to pass the time. Even smuggled in cookies since I figured by now you're getting sick of the berries."
Dolly wasn't going to beat around the bush so to speak as she enters the room, gently trotting towards Kaiba before using the ribbon feelers to pull herself up onto the bedside chair.
There, all nicely situated on the rather uncomfortable seat of wood.
Congratulations Kaiba, you have to play a card game with the pink cat-fox-dog creature with a flopped over right ear from that run in with Ditto. All Dolly has to do is patiently await his response to the offer.

"I'm sick of everything here," he admits testily, "but I don't care for sugary food."
Again, it's him being contrarian for the sake of it, and the reality is that perhaps, at some point, he would eat a singular cookie. But that's not half as important as the challenge, so he sits up a little straighter, with a slight wince.
"What game?"
Well less snark and more 'LET'S DUEL!!'
Carefully, Dolly pulls out her own deck, the Potions and Poisons card game that she made for herself, showing Kaiba the cauldron cat shaped cards.
"I figured we could play Potions and Poisons. It's a pretty competitive game where you try to gain as many potions as possible. Poisoned cards deducts points when claimed. It's a pretty fun game, good for placing bets on."
A pretty straight forward game, also oddly educational on what things are highly poisonous.

"Oh, wow," she breathes. "Well, it... looks pretty cute to me so far."
Pretty cute is an understatement. It's unfairly adorable, actually. Her Mimikyu instincts have her instantly laser-focused on the plush—its friendly shape, its kind eyes, its soft, safe colors. It takes great restraint for her not to reach out and touch it.
"You said Flowey gave you the yarn for it?" There's a little smile in her words—not surprised that Flowey would do such a thing, exactly (soullessness be damned, she knows that he can be almost sweet when he puts his mind to it), but definitely amused.

"Thank you, I'm hoping that once I'm all done assembling the Pikachu plush, I can work on a cute outfit to wear." Dolly would definitely be opened though to let Shoka hold the plush once it's all done!
However, Dolly perks up upon learning that Shoka knows Flowey too. Smiling warmly, Dolly goes to confirm this rather delightful information.
"He did, it was an incredibly sweet gift too. I'm making incredibly great use of the yarn, Flowey's a pretty good kid."

The sound seems displeased, but if he actually were, he'd have turned away from her on the spot. Instead, he glances at the cards with a half-lidded expression. She had given him a set for the holidays, and he'd gone over the rules by now. Still, he hadn't actually played anyone, so the opportunity is not terrible.
"The idea isn't so complex," he comments haughtily. "If that's what you want to do, it's a level above reading the same book over again. I guess I'll trust you to deal, not like I have much choice."
If his attitude hasn't chased her off yet, then what's a little more bound to do? But once they start playing, it'll probably shift into something less...irritating, and more in line with trash talk at best.

There is a mental note of bringing the boardgames next time to give Kaiba some more variety while he recovers. The dragon needs his enrichments, that's what Dolly has learned so far.
Soon enough, the cards are dealt and Dolly is ready to play whenever Kaiba is as she sends out the first card to start the first round up. The art depicts a little mason jar as the holder for the potential potion or poison to build up.
Dolly has no clue about the trash talk that's to come, but given that she wasn't driven out from the attitude...Kaiba is likely going to be stuck with Dolly for a while.
