B. Artistic Pride
[Although A.B.A originally came here for a quick snack run, once she found out about the body painting, she may have changed her mind about the festival and came back. You mean Pokémon are actually ENCOURAGING each other to cover everyone in dyes?! That is so up her alley, it hurts.
The Smeargle in charge of painting A.B.A must've had a spark of inspiration. Her insistence on being blue and her bizarre body shape has led the little artist Pokémon to paint A.B.A to look similar to Samurott. Complete with a paper mache shell helmet that has speared itself on her weird axe head. It may not be the exact shade of blue she's obsessed with, but she's still blue, and that's all that matters.
Of course, she's a large Pokémon, so it'll take awhile to finish. If you want to help Smeargle, I'm sure he'd appreciate it. Or you can make fun of her stupid hat, what do I care?]
