Noelle's Deerlightful February & March Catchall

Fortunately, the Dazzling Gleam makes the Makuhita stop and cover its eyes. Noelle uses the opportunity to use a Heal Pulse on it, ignoring her own aching jaw.

The wave of calm healing energy is enough to make it come to its senses. The Makuhita bows down. "Sorry. I thought you were that ice monster trying to finish me off. Thank you for saving me."

"It's okay," Noelle reassures. She's shaken off worse. "Is there a dangerous Ice-type Pokemon around here bothering you?"

Makuhita nods. "There was one... even my punches couldn't hurt it."

Dazzling Gleam came through as Dolly can breathe a sigh of relief upon seeing Noelle issuing out the Heal Pulse onto it. Though, concerning...ice monster?

"Hey, it's alright, you had a pretty scary moment there and we're glad to have helped." Dolly glances over to Noelle. An Ice-type Pokemon did make a lot more sense than an ice monster rumor from November. It was only further confirmed to be the cause upon hearing Makuhita state that.

Speaking of punches though, Dolly's attention shifts to Noelle once again.

"I can use a healing move if you'd like? That was a pretty direct hit."

"You can use healing moves too?" That's a relief. "Then, yes, if it's not too much trouble or anything." Her jaw is visibly swelling up. Maybe she should put it in the snow.

"Sure can, I'll get right on it immediately." Dolly winces a little at the visibly swelling jaw as she reaches a ribbon feeler up as she uses Wish. "Bippitie Boppitie Boop."

Snow would be a very good idea in all honesty, but might as well use a healing move first. Hopefully avoids attempting PokeDentistry in the long run...

Noelle's jaw stops swelling just in time for her to bust into a giggling fit. "B-bippitie boppitie boop? Is that an actual move? Fahaha--"

She begins to walk Makuhita back, looking for Dolly to follow. They can search for others after this one is safe.

Dolly couldn't help but giggle along as she follows Noelle and Makuhita back to town. "I couldn't figure out what the move I have was called, all I know is that it's sparkly and I simply had to call it that."

Dolly goes to show the sparkling ribbon feeler that was used for Wish, it has little pink stars fading in and out a bit before finally dissolving.

It is sparkly. "So that's the power of Fairy-type," she muses aloud. She's a little jealous. "That's so cool. All moves are kinda like magic to me, but that really feels magical."

Truly is the sparkliest, especially with Pixilate coming into play. "Thank you, I think it's a fairy move too as it really does look like one."

Dolly fluffs up a bit adorably underneath her capelet as she follows along from the compliments.

Soon, the snow thins out and they're back to safety. Makuhita thanks them and apologizes again to Noelle, whose jaw is looking much better by now.

"It's okay," she says-- Dolly might be able to tell she forgives too easily. "You were afraid, but you're safe now."

"Just remember what I said. It's dangerous up there," Makuhita warns.

It's a relief that Noelle's jaw was looking better as they made it back to safety. That warning though, it brought back memories of the snow monster stories that were popping up during November when that massive snow storm hit.

"Will do and please stay safe yourself as well!" Dolly called after as she saw Makuhita off before turning her attention to Noelle.

"I think we both earned some hot chocolate, would you be up for that?"

"Yes, obviously!" Her tail starts wagging furiously. She does want to go back out... but she knows, logically, she has her limits as a Grass-type. Maybe after she's warmed up. "I made some cookies that would go great with hot chocolate!"

"Oh man I love cookies, that should go great with the hot chocolate!" Dolly's eyes lit up at the mention of cookies to go with the hot chocolate. Warming up was definitely in order with this winter weather as Dolly followed along.

"So what cookies do you like to bake? I love baking Gingerbread and Chocolate Chip."
