Flowey doesn't have as much on the Ditto-turned-Rufflet in terms of Pokemon type, but he does have his intelligence, and Ritsuka gave him an opening; a small flock of them are chasing after her now. Flowey manages to pick up a nearby stone onto his head and bounce to launch it towards them. He doesn't exactly kill two birds with one stone, but he does knock several of them out. The Ditto lose their transformation and land on the ground, their eyes swirling.
The tide has turned. Some of the Ditto turn to run away. Flowey almost tosses some rocks and other weapons towards them, but visibly stops himself. He's grown enough of a conscience to know that attacking retreating or surrendering enemies is wrong, even though he has a nagging feeling that they'll just come try attacking again later.

"I think it's over..."
She was tired. Physically tired, in a way she wasn't really accustomed to being.
just about ready to wrap if you are!
"Not bad! Not bad at all," he says. "I think you'll do just fine here."
He has one Oran Berry left. He's about to bite into it when he stops and rolls it towards her. He has to look out for the newbies, after all. (It doesn't have anything to do with 'caring', of course.) "Here. You look like you got hit by a truck!"
works for me~
Once it was clear things had settled, Ritsuka's first priority was... to check on her companion. Because of course it was. Though she'd take his offering of the berry as an affirmative.
"That bad, huh?"
She couldn't deny she certainly felt worse for the wear. Nothing life-threatening, exactly (she did, in fact, know how that felt), but now that the fighting was over, it was that much more clear how much of a beating she'd taken in the process.
wrapped!
Still, he wonders what really drives these Pokemon to attack in hordes like this. It's not the first time, and certainly won't be the last. He'll have to put it out of his mind for now. What matters is that Ritsuka can handle herself and, for a time, the town is safe.
