[CLOSED] miner's lady, stranger to blue water

Who: Perrin and Eleanor
What: OVER THE BRINK
Where: the area beyond the cliffs
When: mid-april
Warnings: Typical spookiness for the areas, memory issues, possible setting-typical cws per character

Eleanor Lamb was, for all intents and purposes, a paperweight. Or at least something taking up the bulk of space and weight within Perrin's bag. They split off from the other rescue teams a few hours ago, having met up with Chimecho about an hour before. Now they fly along the cliff's edge, the young Brionne poking her head out of the bag and ensuring none of the useful survival materials Perrin brought along fall out. She's never been this high up before, she's realising. And while she knows for certain that she's perfectly safe... it's weird. She supposes that what happens when you're raised in the fathoms below the Atlantic Ocean. She'll be fine. They could be taking the more precarious route on the cliffs themselves, after all, and she doesn't want to consider the possibility of that having gone wrong.

She shuffles some more when the Dragonite lands, looking out over the new terrain in front of them. It's a damp marshland, she thinks. She can't be certain because she's only ever seen them in books, and nobody in her memories seems to have a clear recollection of them either. If the researchers were meant to meet Decidueye back there, then...

"Do you think it's worth checking out the water?" She asks, looking up at Perrin, "I can handle it."

Damn. If only he was a better tracker. And yet...

"What I'm thinkin' right now is that they did, yeah. Gardevoir is one of those psykers, and Bellossom would likely hide away in the brushland - especially if they got cursed by this place."

A little pause, stretching. "So we gotta round 'em up, somehow. Which is easier said then done."

Right away, he offers the bag again. Even if she was still muddy. "Hop in," he said with a bit of a grunt. "What I'm more concerned about is keepin' them together afterwards, if they're still crazy."

The days of travel and tracking don't seem to bother him.
