[open] February catch-all
Who: Tomoro Tenma and you! (plus some thread starters arranged with specific individuals)
What: February catch-all
Where: All throughout Bottlecap Bay, including the Archives and Oran Berries' Guild
When: All throughout February.
Warnings: Tomoro being a grump, for one. Warnings will be updated as needed.
Tomoro didn't know what to make of being a member of the Oran Berries. On one level, it was like being part of Glowing Dawn, in that the low-tier housing wasn't exactly much to speak for. On the other hand, at least with the Glowing Dawn he had his own room, and didn't have to share his room with multiple people. It had also been difficult to sleep, what with the sounds of mining and struggling to keep his Electrical powers from going off.
Needless to say, Tomoro was in a bit of a mood those first few days, but he eventually got used to it as time went on. Depending on when you approach him, he may be less or more willing to talk than he first appeared. In most cases, however, he's going to appear preoccupied with something or other, idly banging on the stone surface of the Spire's walls with some sturdy sticks he's using as makeshift drumsticks.
Anyone can tell from listening to him drum that his beat is a little bit off.
Other times, he's out and about in Bottlecap Bay, seeing what kind of things he can find or discover around his new home. He doesn't really search with much purpose—the Toxitricity is just trying to get the lay of the land. Sometimes, while he's wandering around, he'll unintentionally let out a jolt or a use of his Spark attack, upon which he'll hastily beat feet to try and go unnoticed. He really needs to get a handle on these new powers.
Much later, he can be found in the Archives, escorted by a member of the Lum Berries. He's there to learn more about his particular Pokémon species, and potentially, find a way home. He's able to learn quite a lot about what it means to be a Toxitricity, including that the organs on his chest are meant to be used musically, but the latter? Precious little. That seems to only bum him out further.
Other times, he can be caught idly staring at the Questboard. He never ends up taking the initiative on one. The other Glowing Dawn members always decided the bounties, after all. He doesn't really know where to begin, and he hasn't forged many connections yet. But he'll certainly take up space staring at all the quests, yes he will.

Questboard
Akechi certainly hasn't hesitated in his own questing endeavors. He's a busy body, despite Mightyena's worries. This month is no different.
Still... a new recruit might not have the confidence to take initiative.

"I'm not even sure where to start with all this," he said. "Someone else picked all the jobs for us back home—I just went with what they decided."
He needs to make a decision fast, though. Mightyena seems to have high expectations for him...

No matter. If he's at a loss, perhaps some guidance is needed. "The guilds expect us to be a bit more self-motivated. That being said, you can always ask for a more experienced member to partner with you. So long as there's at least one other guild member, it's doable."
But, hm... where to start. After a moment, he flutters down toward where the lighter quests are listed. "I'd advise starting small. The larger bounties may prove a bit arduous, if you aren't fully accustomed to your new form."

"As guild members, we're expected to support one another. It would hardly be the first time I've worked with a new recruit."
