The archives sure was a grand thing to behold, downside to a small Sylveon, the tablets were about as big and likely heavier than Dolly. It sort've reminded Dolly of the tuppi of Ancient Mesopotamia in a way. Dolly goes to squint a bit trying to figure out the order, made harder due to the no glasses.

"Oh! Sorry I didn't see you there." Dolly inadvertently backed into someone while attempting to see something.

Anasui will be coming in after me!

The tragedy of being about a foot tall, is it's very easy for him to get bumped into. Doesn't matter that Anasui is nearby, it's a fact of life, and really not a huge issue.

Most of the time.

"Ack-!"

He tries not to drop his tablet, and breathes a sigh of relief when it doesn't go crashing out from his arms.

"I-it's okay, just try to watch where you're going..."

That might be a problem.

Anasui turns around, away from the shelf he was looking at as he hears the small commotion. He raises an eyebrow, immediately recognising the small Sylveon.

"Ah. It's you. You didn't get lost in the fog. What are you doing here?"

Turns out being scouted by Lum Berry was a very good thing for Dolly! Everything has been prepaid for by Polteageist in Bay Town. Dolly was in a pretty good mood after getting a gingerbread looking saddlebag for carrying things in as Dolly makes her way to one of the cafes. The thoughts of pierogis was sounding pretty good to Dolly before hitting the Archives before noticing a familiar tall green blob shape in town.

"Oh hey Henry, is that you?"

Here comes a tiny Sylveon eager to see her friend again after the mishap in Skull Town.

Henry leans up from inspecting a small, unoccupied flowerbed. It takes no time for him to recognize the tiny pink creature tottering toward him and he lifts a paw in greeting.

"Dolly..." He's glad to see nothing bad has happened to her. If something had happened to her in Death Skull Murder Town under Frosslass's watch he'd go find the old witch himself and, well, he'd rather not think about it. That's over. The Ordeal at home is over. At least for now.

Henry's tail slides back and forth across the ground behind him once the gap between them closes. "How have you been..."

"I've been doing alright, I've been researching over at the Archives." Dolly said in a soft and merry tone, offering that same fresh baked cookie warm smile upon reaching Henry.

She had been worried about Henry since leaving the cursed township of Skull, not sure if Henry made it out or got lost in the ever concerning fog that was mentioned. The fog had Dolly pretty concerned much like wild Noctowls...both are very bad, very bad indeed.

"How've you been? I hope things have been going well after what happened in Skull Town."

A Visit: closed to Dolly

Not too long after Dolly has officially moved into her guild-assigned residence... someone knocks on her door! ...At least it's probably a person? the knocking sounds kind of like wood-on-wood...

Out on Dolly's front porch, her upstairs neighbor, a slightly undersized Mimikyu with a bright red scarf wrapped around his disguise's neck, waits for a response. (He'd knocked with his tail-stick - which sports a sparkly black-beaded bracelet.)

It was a strange thing to have two moveable ears as Dolly's perked up upon hearing the odd wood on wood knocking. That sure was something curious right there! Upon seeing who it is, Dolly was certainly surprised!

The Mimikyu did make Dolly think of one of the dolls she had been working on not too long ago before arriving here. There was no judgement on size from Dolly given she was absurdly small herself. Oh...so that's what caused that interesting sound, that's pretty cool.

"Oh, hello there! Wood you like to come in for a bit?" Dolly goes to open the door with the ribbon feelers to invite her surprise guest inside.

Something deep within the Ring-Spirit tells him a pun has just been committed, but he tries to ignore this instinct. It would only lead to maniacal laughter and a potentially off-putting first impression. Instead he waves his tail-stick in greeting before shuffling in.

"Hey there. I live upstairs... I was friends with the guy who just moved out from here, so, seemed like a good idea to see who was taking over the place! Are you a local pokemon but a new recruit, or one of the newly-arrived?"

It does not occur to him to offer or ask for a name.

Intimidation Tactics for ISAT Siffrin (The Punning is upon us)

This was certainly a spirited start to the quest after talking to the rather helpful local Ghost type Pokemon, Dolly goes to follow Siffrin along, tiny paws trying to keep up (curse that 60 speed).

From what was understood, they were heading towards the patch of rather tall trees..Dolly felt like one of them was of the fabled kite eating variety. "This quest seems to be a tree-at of sorts. I wonder how it'll branch out?"

The very helpful ghosts, yes... Siffrin (the other one...? how are they supposed to introduce themselves now) is still getting used to the idea of ghosts being a real thing they have to sometimes talk to around here. Somehow, talking animals was easier. Maybe they just don't like ghosts very much.

Luckily, there are fewer ghosts around this part of the woods, and more woods. The trees are so tall they have to bend back to see the tops. They're trying to squint up at the branches when their partner makes a pun unprompted. Immediately, their eyebrows shoot up. Ohh??? Could it be...??

"I'm not sure... I hope we don't get stumped."

Yessssss, another punster! This is turning out to be a good quest for Dolly. "I be-leaf we'll do just fine, I'm pretty pulp-ed about it."

The name thing was a weird one to Dolly, normally she'd wait for whoever she was interacting with introduce themself first before giving the human given name.

Ghost haven't been much of a bother, no, those were fine. That specific honor went to owls, that's the big bother right there. Yep, not thinking about that now! Back to focusing on that quest, that one is the far better option.

"Fir-got to ask, do we know who was in the team we're looking for?"

The Key to Happiness (Closed to Start Again Siffrin)

Excellent! A job without having to deal with the dreadful beast known as the roof and N O C T O W L T A L O N S. Even better, Dolly got to do it with Siffrin again without the weird Froslass influence like last time. Despite everything, Dolly did enjoy being around them and getting to do puns like last time.

Luckily it was in Bay Town still instead of well the ever very cursed Skull Town. Big bonus right there! Though now, back to business of where to start looking for that Klefki..

"So...we got a place to lock into for the search?"

A.B.A. is following along behind them, at some distance, getting distracted by trying to find keys herself. Every once in a while Siffrin glances behind themself to check they haven't lost track of her, but for now it seems fine.

But! They can actually be helpful with this quest! (In fact, they may have inadvertently been the source of this quest when they let A.B.A know about the Klefki in the first place... oops.)

"I saw Klefki when we were handing out tools together, building Skull Town. So I'm door confident than usual that we'll find them near where they're stored."

Or at least someone who would know where Klefki is?

The real challenge: they don't actually know where the tools are stored when they're not being used. So they're just plain old guessing when they say, "That should be somewhere near the Oran Berries, right...?"

"Let's knock on wood that we spot the Klefki here."

Soft chuckling came from Dolly as she followed along Siffrin's lead for the Klefki. Periodically Dolly would peek back and check on A.B.A, still wondering what the Klefki deal was...was there a bet and Klefki owed money?

Dolly stops walking for a moment to think after being given the question, it was a good one too. Just...where would the tools be?

"Maybe they have a shed somewhere? It's the one place I can think of right now where tools would be put away in."

It seemed like a good place to start...though does the Pokemon world have tool sheds?

While last month's events are now over and done with, Bigby finds himself saddled with an unfortunate reminder. Several, in fact, all of which he needs gone immediately. Burning them was the first thought to come to mind, now that Froslass is out of the picture, but Dolly was quick to offer to take them instead when he happened to mention it in passing. Fine by him.

At her apartment now — these Lum Berries really do have it special, don’t they? — he pulls out each outfit from a bag for her to look over. “What exactly is your plan with these? The fabric’s not exactly...”

He trails off, grimacing at the sight of frills and lace all over again. At least he doesn't feel compelled to wear them anymore.

Sure, Dolly was guilty of the sin of loving frilly and lacey outfits, even she would have mixed feelings after what Bigby went through. It was only natural to offer this option as she started to roll out the materials she went shopping for earlier. Being in Lum Berry really did prove to be a pretty good place to land in with all things considering.

"Well, I figured it'd be a good way for me to get use to sewing with ribbon feelers as well as being something cathartic. How do you feel about me making these dresses into target practice scarecrows?"

Dolly offered a warm smile upon saying the project plans with the dresses, especially for target practice.

"That's..." His ears suddenly perk. Not at all what he was expecting, but he's obviously not opposed, either. "... way more useful than my idea, yeah."

He rubs his cheek, glancing at her ribbon feelers before looking at his own paw. His voice gets a little softer as he notes, "Brewing and sewing now. You're full of surprises, Dolly."

Bigby is still not letting that one go, but honestly, he's just starting to feel bit underwhelming when it comes to life skills outside of hunting and fighting.

PokeClue: Lum Berry Party! (Dated: Oct. 31) (Open to all and Party Crashers heavily encouraged!)

1. Welcome to the Party!!!

It was supposed to be a simple little test run for game night at the Lum Berry Low Tier Housing, but with the rumors spreading, the infamously missing original Miss Scarlet Ribombee, Pierogis, and dress up with convincing characters, the whole thing has exploded. Some are already dressed up as characters from the 1985 film of Clue, others are clearly having a blast of things with a free food party, and others having decided to crash the Lum Berry Party to see what its like. In short order, it looks like a Pokemon version of Animal House.

Do you mingle with the party goers, indulge in pierogis, or have a wild party time? Well at least there is some form of socializing going on, that's a plus..right?

Well at least the game testing in Dolly's room is chilled out compared to the wild party scene going on outside the Lum Berry Low Tier Housing. Dolly is at the moment helping out with the instructions of the Clue board Game with the inclusion of apparently battle cards for the suspects and their weapons.

There's also the matter of the fully functional lethal mini murder weapons that are in use, Mr. Boddy has definitely seen far better days. There's a costume rack closely to dress up as the characters in the game as well as huge platers of pierogis opened to others to help themselves to. Oddly enough, all the Miss Scarlet costumes are missing and the figure for Miss Scarlet left unclaimed..how very odd.

This could be considered the place to mingle and socialize at without the craziness going on with the outside...for now anyways. It's probably for the best to not let Dolly know about the fraternity level party going on outside of the test run of the Clue game as she smiles brightly thinking all is well still!

"I'm so glad you made it to the Clue game! Please make yourself comfortable, we got a lot of pierogis to go around."

2. NERD VIOLENCE (or how Miss Scarlet became a banned game character)

It started as a heated argument, a petty bickering really over the clearly best player character ever made, Miss Scarlet. It wasn't too long before it quickly turned into an all out Pokemon battle over who can be the one and only Miss Scarlet. There can be only one Miss Scarlett and it wasn't going to be done through talking it would seem.

If one were to walk in, they would see a group of Lum Berries in Miss Scarlet's dress having an all out brawl over the quickly becoming infamous character.

Do you try to break it up, stir the pot, or jump right on in as you too want to be Miss Scarlet as all these losers could never do her justice? Dolly clearly did not have the foresight of this unfolding as the Pokefights rages over the fictional character...

1. One unintentional crasher, coming right up

Since his chat with Bigby regarding the Archives (if one can really call them that), Cedric the Murkrow decides he ought to check out the place himself in the hopes of discerning whatever little information they have - or, better yet, find someone with access to the elusive "special collections". It's Halloween, surely that means it won't be busy, right?

He can't carry a map in flight, however, which means he somewhat misses the mark and winds up in the wildest holiday gathering he's ever seen. What is this, Hexley Hall graduation? He doesn't recognise anybody and therefore has no interest in joining what he presumes is a costume party. Though, he must admit, the aroma of whatever food they're serving is incredibly enticing, and he finds himself wandering in its direction as he attempts to slip out of the event unnoticed.

He will likely fail, since the smell leads him right into one of the houses where he stands out like a sore thumb even more. He's not dressed up, after all (though if he had his robes, he'd make a perfect Professor Plum).

It certainly was a wild party for sure outside of the room that has the incredibly enticing scent of pierogis. The door is unlocked, making it easy for Cedric to enter inside of, a rather nice little townhome where Dolly perks up upon seeing Cedric come inside. Costumes were lined on a rack for those wanting to play dress up for the game, small game board, a tiny skeletal doll that's seen some nicer days for sure, and of course, the huge platter of pierogis

Oh! This is a new face for sure! Dolly goes to trot up to Cedric, happy to greet the new comer to the first test run of the Clue game. Then again, there have been a lot of new faces tonight at the Lum Berry Housing, not entirely sure why though. Good news for Cedric, this is the far more calmer scenery than the current wild party outside of the housing units.

"Hi there! I take it you're here to test run the board game with us?"

Anasui has little interest in mingling (He left the Low Tier housing because he didn't want to interact, not because he wanted to make friends!). He's only here to participate in game night, though it's less for fun and more so he can make sure his game pieces work as intended.

Still, despite what Anasui thinks he's there for, he's still dressed up. The Espathra is wearing a simple yet stylish necklace that matches a blue blanket over his back and a blue feather in his hat. Mrs. Peacock (Mx. Ostrich?) has arrived!

After pointedly ignoring the party downstairs and heading up to where Dolly is, Anasui enters the room. He nods his head, acknowledging the Sylveon's welcome.

"You look like you've worked hard on this." That... might translate to Anasui's version of 'hello, how are you?'

Oh boy, Dolly was very much for the socializing! She beamed merrily as she goes to greet Anasui, her winter coat fully in with a bit of a Tinkerbell level of fluff going on. "Thank you Anasui! Your costume looks great too! How've you been?"

It's pretty clear Dolly has no clue about the raging party outside or the soon to be Miss Scarlet brawl that was brewing. All Dolly knew was it was going to be a fun time testing a game to see how well it works and the entertainment value it brought. Yep, it'll be fine, so totally fine, nothing wrong to see here...

Derailing the rather concerning background stuff, Dolly goes to point out the big thing of pierogis that was made for it...Dolly hadn't foreseen just how much Pierogis Sanji was going to make at all, but they sure do smell delicious!

"We also got a lot of pierogis for the game test too if you'd like any?"

Parties are not, generally, Odile's strong suit. She hadn't really planned to attend at all. But the noise has made even her own room an insufficient sanctuary, and so she's deigned to tuck herself away in Dolly's room instead. A bit quieter, easy enough to tuck herself into a corner and sample one of these "pierogi". Dolly is someone she already knows and rather enjoys anyway, so why not?

Anyway, the game building might be interesting. The Weavile has certainly not donned her own costume, but she does come over to peer at the makeshift board. "And this is...a game from your home?"

Surprisingly Dolly's room was really calm despite everything going on outside as she goes to greet Odile. Dolly was pretty glad to see Odile, especially after the rather less than stellar run in with the Pumpkaboo and Gourgeists. Upside, this was a nicer gathering for a game testing along with pierogis, those are the best comfort food in the world. Downside, no London Fog tea lattes to enjoy them with.

"It was, we had many other games back where I came from like Connect Four or Potions and Poisons. I figured Clue would be a fun for the season, nothing like a good ol' fashioned murder mystery for Halloween."
